To care for your bag, hand wash in cold water; gently reshape, and lay flat to dry.
Current processing time for all products is 5–7 days. Each item is carefully prepared and shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 48, providing a reliable and secure delivery. At present, we are unable to offer shipping to the EU or USA, but we hope to reintroduce international delivery in the future.
All items are handmade to order, so returns aren’t possible, except in cases of damage or fault. If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please get in touch — we’ll gladly assist and ensure it’s made right.
